We had just two walkers on 15 May 07 who were very keen for the walk to go ahead, despite dreadful weather, and who moved to Gosport five years ago.

Quote from walkers on the 15 May 07

"It has opened our eyes on what Lee-on-the-Solent has
been involved in and also what facilities are on offer
"

e.g. The Elmore Lake (pond), next to the Inn by the Sea, was totally new to them and has been added to a list of places to visit in the future.

The Walk on the 6th March 2007 was attended by 11 people, 4 of which were recent newcomers to Lee, was very well received and went very well. Ray Harding led the group.
